FVTF-IGSSS Supported Vocational Training for Unemployed Rural Youths (centralized training centre at Rajkheta village covering the Wadrafnagar block
Program has been completed and produced 5 batches up to June 2004 consisting of 146 (82 dalits, 56 tribal & 08 others) participants of three technical trades namely Diesel Pump Mechanic, Motor Winding, and Electrician and 50 women of Horticulture Gardening.
The trained 43 youths out of 146 have either started own employment (with the financial assistance of Rural Regional Bank or by their own resources) by opening shops, or have got employment as an assistant mechanic in reputed workshops somewhere. About 15 trained youths have been linked with banks and getting the financial assistance under various govt. schemes. Almost all trained youths are serving the community of their respective area as well as across the Wadrafnagar block too.
